PortraitAI Studio is designed for safe, consent-based, professional and stylized AI portrait creation. This policy describes content and behavior that are not allowed.
Allowed use
Use the service to create professional headshots, profile images, editorial-style portraits, and personal or business presence assets from photos you are authorized to upload.
Use one clear portrait photo of yourself or a person who has given you permission for this use.
Disallowed content
Do not submit or request NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, harmful, abusive, illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or deceptive content.
Do not create or request sexualized content involving minors, content that promotes self-harm or abuse, illegal activity, terrorism, hate, harassment, or discrimination.
Do not submit images without rights or consent. Do not request impersonation, deception, deepfakes, face-swap, non-consensual images, or content intended to mislead others.
Safety screening
All generation prompts are screened before model calls. Flagged or denied requests are blocked, and moderation failures fail closed so generation does not proceed while review is unavailable.
We may suspend accounts, remove content, revoke access, or report activity when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce this policy.
No bypassing
Do not try to evade moderation, obscure unsafe instructions, automate abuse, probe system limits, scrape the service, or interfere with security, billing, storage, or availability.
