These terms govern use of PortraitAI Studio, an independent AI portrait generation service for users who upload their own authorized portrait photos.
Use of the service
You must be legally able to use the service and must provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may only upload photos and submit instructions that you have the legal right, permission, and consent to use.
AI generation and safety review
Generation requests are reviewed by automated safety systems including the Creem Moderation API before model processing. We may block, throttle, refuse, remove, or review any request or output for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that generated results will meet every expectation, but we work to provide a reliable portrait creation experience.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the service to create or request NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, abusive, illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, exploitative, or violent content.
You may not generate content involving minors in sexualized contexts, impersonation, deception, deepfakes, face-swap, non-consensual images, or photos uploaded without rights and consent.
You may not attempt to bypass moderation, security, usage limits, payment systems, or any safety controls.
Payments, credits, and subscriptions
Pricing is displayed on the website. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Subscription plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout unless canceled.
Payments may be processed by Creem as merchant of record. Users can request cancellation and subscription support through the product/customer portal when available or by contacting [email protected].
Ownership and permitted use
You retain rights you already have in your uploaded photos. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated portraits for personal profiles and business presence.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of photos and generated portraits complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, platform rules, and consent requirements.
Independent product
PortraitAI Studio uses third-party AI providers and infrastructure but is an independent product. References to any provider or model are integration disclosures, not claims of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
