We collect account information such as email address, authentication data, purchase records, support messages, uploaded photos, generated portraits, selected templates, generation prompts, basic device/network logs, and payment status events from our merchant-of-record provider.

Do not upload photos unless you have the rights and consent needed to use them with the service.

We use information to provide secure upload, portrait generation, account access, credits, billing, abuse prevention, moderation, customer support, debugging, and legal compliance.

User prompts are screened through the Creem Moderation API before generation. Requests that are flagged, denied, unavailable, or otherwise unsafe are blocked before credits are consumed.

PortraitAI Studio is an independent product that uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process portrait generation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by underlying model providers unless explicitly stated.

Photos and prompts may be transmitted to service providers only as needed to deliver generation, storage, safety, billing, analytics, and support functions.

Payments, checkout pages, receipts, taxes, and subscription status may be processed by Creem as merchant of record. We receive payment status and order metadata needed to grant credits or subscription access.

Users can request subscription cancellation or billing help through [email protected]. Customer portal links may be provided when active for the account.

We retain account, order, safety, and generation records as needed for the service, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion or export by contacting [email protected].

Some records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
